LIBRARY RULES

Maintain silence in the library. » 1. Handle books with care. » 2. The user will be responsible for any damage done to the library materials. » 3. Keep the library neat and clean. » 4. Students from class V to X are allowed to borrow books from the library but any one at a time for only one week. » 5. He/She can reissue a book for another week after which book mush be returned to the library. » 6.If a student fails to return a book on the due date. He/She will be given a chance to return on the next day. If not will be charged a fine of Rs. 10/-. » 7.If a book is lost, torn, damaged or defaced in anyway, the concerned student either has to replace or pay the price of the book. » Magazine, Newspaper, DIctionaries, Encyclopedias and Text Book cannot be taken out of the library.

GENERAL CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Students are expected to maintain strict discipline and decorum in school. » 2. They should address all members of the staff with courtesy and politeness. » 3. Students must imbibe the values punctuality, regularity, discipline and obedience. » 4. Students are expected to have a neat and smart department. of books. » 5. Students should obey the House Captains, Vice-Captains, Prefects, Class Monitors and other students on duty. » 6. Students will have to pay for any damage to school property. » 7. The school is not responsible for the loss of personal belonging. » 8. It is compulsory for the students to converse and communicate with each other as well as with teachers in English. » 9. It is mandatory for all students to attend the morning assembly. » 10. Students who are escorted to and fro the school by their guardians or servants should leave the school premises before the assembly begins.

PUNCTUALITY, ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE
» 1. Students are expected to report to school by 7:50 am, 10 minutes before the morning assembly begins. » 2. Habitual lateness will not be tolerated and defaulters are liable to be fined or sent back home. » 3. Absence of students without prior permission is not permitted except when the cause is sudden illness or unforseen circumstances. » 4. A student is expected to maintain at least 85% attendance. Any student whose attendance falls short of 75% of the academic days will not be allowed to sit for the Annual Exam
» 5. Students will not be allowed a half day leave except for medical reasons or otherwise taking extended leave, especially after vacations. » 6. Attendance and participation in school functions is compulsory for all students. This regulation also applies when such activities takes place beyond the usual hours. » 7. If due to fever or illness, a child cannot appear for any Test or examinations, the school must be informed immediately in writing alongwith the medical certificate and other relevant documents.
